Refund and Cancellation

If the order is cancelled (before we have processed/shipped), lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges. If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded. If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting our customer support team at +91-8595865897.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking and would like a refund to your bank account, you will receive a refund in your account within 30 days after your order has been cancelled. Please get in touch with our customer support team.

All major Credit/Debit Cards, and Net-banking are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full within 15 days.

Cancellation Policy
Post receiving the products by customers they would require to cancel the products Within 24 hours and send a notice for the cancellation which will be accepted. Notification for instance, in person, via email, via phone or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.

How long would it take me to receive the refund for my return?
It can take up to 15 days for you to receive your refund. We take up to 2 days to process the refund once we receive the product at our returns processing facility. Therefore the return time really depends on the time it takes the courier company to deliver the packet to the returns processing facility.

If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. photo frame must be packed in the original box as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with.
  • Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size within same design.
  • Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team.
  • In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.
  • Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you to use a reliable courier service for posting.
  • Once your return is received by us, you will be reimbursed *Rs 49/- towards shipping costs per order/parcel, if self-shipped. Exchange product will be deliver by courier. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.
  • Return/Exchange are only applicable by courier/post not hand delivery.

*Please note: Courier charges will be reimburse only in case of replacement not applicable on cancellation of orders.
